Of course, there are other ways to determine what tables are present in a particular MySQL Database or Schema. You can also find this information if your database user account has permissions for the INFORMATION_SCHEMA

Iâve had such a productive week in the OpenLampTech publication. I cannot wait for you to read all the great content.
It takes a number of pieces of technology along with a commitment to operate any creative endeavor. Thatâs why I published, âTools of the Trade - OpenLampTech Behind the Scenesâ, to share just what I use week in and week out to bring you the OpenLampTech newsletter and publication.Â
I published the OpenLampTech WordPress Wednesday #11 for September 7th, 2022. This may be the biggest piece yet. There are many many articles for us all to learn something from:

What to do in case of Apache error server reached MaxRequestWorkers setting?
By: Pavan Naidu
#php #apache
In my opinion, anything you can learn about the Apache Web Server is time well spent.
I've said before that Apache is the silent, unsung hero of the LAMP stack.Â
Learn about this 'disguised' error in this digestible article, for it has nothing to do with Apache as much as it does with PHP.

What is Constructor in PHP
By: Bipsmedium
#php
If a PHP class has a Constructor (__construct()
), each time the instantiated object of that class is called, the Constructor automatically runs.
You can use the Constructor to assign values to class properties among other forms of setup.
If properties are set during the Constructor call, no setter methods are needed.

5 Tips We Learned from Austin Ginder on Managing 1,300 (!!!) Websites on His Own
By: KinstaÂ
#wordpress
Wow! So many sites!
My hats are definitely off to Austin for managing 1300 sites because I have had enough of a challenge with just 3.
Like everything else, automation - where possible and applicable - is the key to conquering such a workload.
Much inspiration hereâŚ

Writing is a Challenging But Needed Profession in WordPress
By: Eric Karkovack
#wordpress
I've not written many articles about WordPress but I'm definitely interested in writing more about the CMS. It's challenging though, to find current, correct, and accurate information.Â
Plus, a bit of confidence couldn't hurt either. I'm comfortable writing about SQL, CodeIgniter, and PHP but haven't reached that level (yet) with WordPress.
Check out my weekly WordPress Wednesday piece here in the OpenLampTech publication where I curate and share WordPress-related content in my effort to become more involved in the community.Â

MySQL SHOW DATABASES: List All Databases in Different Ways
By: devart
#mysql
You may not have to know what databases are present on the server very often. But, if you do, these commands will return that information.
If you're working with a certain server for the first time, you'll like to know what databases are available per your user access level.Â
Follow along with this article and learn some of the different commands you can use.

I've not used this particular PDF library before but do have experience with the FPDF library.Â
Creating PDFs with code is quite powerful and affords you options to customize reports or other vital information in this common file/data exchange format.Â

MySQL Window Functions Part 1
By: Scott Stroz
#mysql
Window Functions are one of the most powerful - and one of my personal favorite - features of SQL.Â
Window Functions were first implemented in MySQL v8.
It's too bad that a lot of web hosting and LAMP stack environments don't support MySQL v8 (yet).
However, if you have the opportunity to use them (Window Functions) if available, you definitely should. I use them every chance I can and they make your life much easier for specific queries.
This passage from the article clears up much confusion surrounding Window Functions:
"While other aggregate functions, such as SUM(), will group the result into a single row or grouped rows, window functions will return a value for every row in a query result."

15 Best Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) Programs for Linux
By: Gabriel CĂĄnepa
#linux
One of my favorite things about Linux is all the software you can install on your distro and use for free.
I'm not that familiar with much of this software, but these look promising:
Atom - I've used this text editor a lot and it is one of the pieces of software on this list I am familiar with.Â
Flyspray - Bug tracking and project management.Â
OSQuery - System information in a queryable table.
KeePass - Secure password storage and management.Â
